Wow! This is my first attempt at doing the blog thing. Yea, I’m a little nervous. I’m not the brainy type so putting my stuff out there for the whole world to see and criticize could be scary. I can’t spell and my grammar stinks. BUT, I’m willing to take the risk because I’m going to be writing about the things that matter the most to me.
I’m going to attempt to share my thoughts on church, in particular SpringWell Church. I can talk about SpringWell because that’s the church that I know the most about. I am the proud pastor of an 11 year old fellowship that rocks with a passion for Christ, other Christians and people who don’t have a clue as to who Jesus is.
I’m going to be sharing my thoughts about family life as well. I am incredibly blessed with a beautiful wife and two sweet teenage girls. Yea, I said sweet teenage girls…I’m sure that most people don’t think that you can use terms like “sweet” and “teenage” in the same sentence but you can or at least in my case you can.
Of course I am a preacher for Pete’s sake so I’m sure there will be times when I’ll just be sharing random thoughts…I’ll just ramble on and on and on! I’m told that’s what we preachers do sometimes. So hello world!
